Junya Watanabe
Junya Watanabe, the Japanese designer who originally studied under the tutelage of Comme des Garçons' Rei Kawakubo, debuted his first womenswear collection in Paris in 1993. Since then, Watanabe has become known for his innovative and experimental style, with each season seeing the designer further explore the possibilities of what can be done with fabric, draping and tailoring.
